Today, the website http://www.farmOn.ph is finally up after their site maintenance. Lots of people mostly ofw are waiting for it since news has spread regarding how great it is to invest in this company. About the company, it is a crowdfunding community which helps local farmers to be able to meet the financial requirement needed. For the profit it will be shared by both the farmer and investor. Currently, they are on the 15th cycle for the 3 farms – in Cagayan, Santiago City and Pangasinan. Two of which were all ready funded so the only available farm is the 1,000 + hectare in Pangasinan. For this particular farm, the only product available is rice with a duration of 6-8 months for P7,500 for 1 plot. The projected ROI is 10%. Not much compare to other crops they offer which is usually gone in a flash. Since other crops usually has smaller duration and higher ROI. This is my first time to try this kind of investment so I place my request and am awaiting for their feedback if they’ll approve me or not so lets wait and see.
